- RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
- Woezer.bt gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Woezer for any reason within 3 days from the date of goods delivered.
- Returns and Exchange policy will be possible only if the product is in its original condition, tags on it and packaging.
- Products can be exchanged with any other items on the store and price adjustments will be made accordingly.
- If you choose to exchange the item for reason of Receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- If your item is eligible for return and you would like to return your goods under our return policy, you reserve the right to bear expenses to reach our office. The item will remain your responsibilities until it reaches us.
